Like any friendship, your relationship with your body will inevitably have its ups and downs - but that’s okay! Just understand that if you’re going to have to co-exist for the rest of your life, it’s worth trying to maintain a positive relationship.

Treat your body as you would a friend. Try not to say anything nasty about it, forgive its ‘flaws’, acknowledge its wonderful uniqueness and learn to love the things you do for one another.
